Mango Cream Smoothie


This smoothie is so thick and creamy that it practically feels like ice cream! Packed with fruit and protein, it’s a decadent-tasting treat that’s still incredibly good for you.

Mango Cream Smoothie


  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • sweetener to taste
  • whipped cream for topping (optional)


Pour everything into a blender and process until smooth.
