Mango Cream Smoothie
Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ¾ cup frozen mango
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- sweetener to taste
- whipped cream for topping (optional)
Directions
Pour everything into a blender and process until smooth.

Frozen mango is amaaaaazing! A lot of the time I’ll just eat it by itself because it legit feels like some sort of sorbet. So creamy 😀

I love mango smoothies–I haven’t had them in a long time, though, because of fructose intolerance. : ( I love how rich and healthy these look–I’ll have to play around to see if I can find an alternative fruit!
