Mocha Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Β½ cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • ΒΌ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ΒΌ cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • sweetener of choice, to taste
  • handful of ice

Directions


Pour everything into a blender and process until smooth. Top with whipped cream and dust with more cocoa if desired.

      Definitely low calorie– before the sweetener and protein powder, this is only about 60 calories.
      Oh, I agree about the blogs. I’ll give myself 15 minutes to sit down and read them and before I know it, an hour has passed. πŸ™‚

  3. The best protein powder I’ve ever tried is Jay Robb vanilla whey protein. I use a scoop of that with just fruit and water and it’s delicious on its own!
